Singapore Private Home Prices Rise 0.9% in Q2

*Prices of landed properties edged up only 0.8 per cent in the second quarter.*

Singapore private home prices rose for fifth straight quarter while landed property prices up 0.8% in second quarter. Government hikes private housing supply from confirmed sale sites by 25% for 2nd half of 2021.

MAS managing director Ravi Menon said the property market had been remarkably resilient in the face of the pandemic and recession last year, and continued uncertainty over Covid-19 risks this year.
